Technical audit
We regularly run technical audits on systems built by other agencies. That is worth doing if you are considering taking a system over, if you have doubts about the quality of existing code, or if you want to know whether the architecture scales.
In an audit we assess the quality of the code, the technologies chosen, the security risks and long-term maintainability. You get an honest report with concrete findings, without us having a stake in the outcome.
For systems we build or manage ourselves, we issue a quarterly report with recommended maintenance: operating system updates, upgrades of external libraries, security patches and bug fixes. You decide which work gets done. There is no fixed contract and no obligation. Bear in mind that postponing maintenance builds technical debt that takes a larger catch-up later.
